Weekly Classes:

SESSIONS CLIMBING + FITNESS

  • A vinyasa based class that will guide you through a physical practice that links yoga poses with our breath, focusing on building strength in primary muscle groups. Class is themed around challenging ourselves in a fun way to build strength, both physically and mentally, and increase overall resilience.

    Please bring your own mat and feel free to bring blocks if you like to incorporate these into your practice.

  • A hatha and yin based class that will guide you through the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques. Class will be slow and steady with a focus on stretching out primary muscle groups. Mindfulness and breath cues will be offered throughout the class to help students with being present and strengthening the mind-body connection.

    Please bring your own mat and feel free to bring blocks if you like to incorporate these into your practice.

  • Vinyasa at Kin is a strength-based class that will guide you through a physical practice that links yoga poses with our breath. Class will focus on building strength in primary muscle groups and learning alignment while also exploring alternatives to challenge our practice. All levels welcome, as modifications will be provided for beginners as well as those wanting to advance their practice.

  • Join us for an afternoon of gentle yoga, led by Kelly Reinhart, followed by a soothing herbal Zen tea meditation, guided by Amanda North of Literary Gastronomy. Take the time to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul in a peaceful environment. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, this session is designed to help you relax and find inner peace.

  • Candlelit Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath returns to Kin Ashtanga Yoga on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 6:30PM!

  • Join us at Zin Valle Vineyards for an essential oil blending and wine workshop. Ever wonder how to use essential oils or how others make heavenly blends? This one-hour workshop, held in the barrel room, will guide you through understanding essential oils and how to create calming and uplifting blends to take home with you. Participants will also receive an exclusive wine tasting with other owner of Zin Valle. Each participant will receive three wines throughout the workshop to enjoy over your blending, along with a ticket for a glass of your choosing following the workshop.
